After staff create your participant profile, you will need to complete the required forms on Secure Cases. All forms must be completed on Secure Cases before intake and orientation with Parenting Time Center Staff may occur.
Secure Cases will serve as the main form of communication and scheduling between you and Parenting Time Center staff.
Step 3. Complete Intake and Orientation
For your intake, you will need:
- Copies of any court orders pertaining to time with your children
- Current driver’s license or government-issued photo ID
- Intake Fee, when applicable
During intake and orientation, Staff will review your Parent Handbook which contains all policies and procedures. The staff will address any questions or concerns you may have.
You are invited to schedule a time for your child(ren) to tour Parenting Time Center prior to their first service.
Step 4. Scheduling Appointments
Remember, before scheduling parenting time, it is mandatory for all parties involved to complete the Secure Cases forms and participate in an intake and orientation interview.
The scheduling process exclusively utilizes the Secure Cases Database to ensure efficiency and organization. If you have any inquiries or require further details about initiating Parenting Time Center services, please refer to the FAQ page for comprehensive information and answers to common queries.
